Made-to-Order Products
Except for our Ankara collection, all our products are made to order. Each piece is custom-made for you, starting from cutting the fabric to tailoring it according to your requirements and the measurements you provide or based on our standard size chart.
Given the personalized nature of these products:
– No Returns or Refunds: We do not accept returns or issue refunds on made-to-order products. Each item is specially created just for you, making it impossible to resell or reuse.
– Alterations and Modifications: We understand that sometimes adjustments are necessary. We offer one free alteration or modification per product. Any additional alterations or changes will incur a fee.
Handmade Patterns
Our Ikat and block print patterns are handmade by artisans who have honed their craft over generations. Due to the nature of these traditional methods:
– Unique Patterns: Each piece of fabric is unique, meaning the patterns may differ slightly from what you see in the images. This variation is a hallmark of the authenticity and craftsmanship involved in creating these fabrics.
– No Returns on Pattern Variations: We do not accept returns or offer refunds based on pattern differences. These variations are part of the fabric’s natural and authentic character.
Upcycled Designs
As part of our commitment to sustainability, we upcycle fabric scraps into unique designs and products. These pieces are saved from entering landfills, reflecting our dedication to minimizing waste:
No Returns or Refunds on Upcycled Products: Products featuring upcycled elements do not fall under our refund or return policy. However, we are happy to assist with alterations or minor modifications if needed.
