Rajasthan & Telangana: Our fabrics are sourced from regions rich in heritage, like Rajasthan and Telangana, where families have been perfecting their craft for generations. These communities have honed their skills over hundreds of years, and we proudly support their art by incorporating their fabrics into our designs.

Young Artisans from Telangana: In Telangana, we work closely with a new generation of artisans who are emerging with fresh, creative prints. These young artists bring a modern touch to traditional methods, allowing us to create unique pieces that blend authenticity with contemporary flair.

Minimizing Carbon Footprint

Smart Sourcing & Minimal Shipments: We are mindful of our carbon footprint, opting for minimal shipments to reduce environmental impact. We often combine fabric sourcing with our travels, ensuring that each trip is efficient and purposeful.

Sustainable Shipping Practices: By planning our fabric pickups around our travels, we minimize the need for multiple shipments, helping us reduce our carbon footprint while also enjoying the process of sourcing beautiful, authentic fabrics.

Upcycling & Zero Waste

Creative Reuse of Fabric Scraps: Every piece of fabric that enters our studio has a purpose. We upcycle scraps into a variety of items, including floor cushions, curtains, sofa covers, baby blankets, purses, and more. This not only prevents waste but also allows us to create beautiful, functional products from what might otherwise be discarded.

Upcycle Department: Our upcycling efforts are led by my mother, an expert in repurposing fabrics. Her dedication ensures that every scrap is transformed into something valuable, whether it’s a custom order or a thoughtful gift for a loved one.

Quality Testing & Assurance

Rigorous Fabric Testing: Before any fabric is introduced to our collection, it is thoroughly tested by me, my family, and our team. This includes washing and testing our high-quality cotton linings to ensure they don’t bleed color, guaranteeing that our products are durable and machine-safe.

Limited Collections: Ahaira is dedicated to slow fashion, creating only one or two collections per year. Each piece is unique, one-of-a-kind, and produced in limited quantities, ensuring exclusivity and sustainability.
