Welcome to Ahaira Projects. By placing an order with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Product Customization and Made-to-Order Process– Customization Requests: At Ahaira, we specialize in made-to-order products tailored to your specifications. We offer a variety of fabrics, including handmade textiles from Rajasthan, block prints, Ikkat from Telangana, and Ankara from Africa. These unique fabrics are incorporated into exclusive, limited-quantity designs.
– Confirmation of Customizations: All customization requests must be communicated to us before the order is confirmed. Once the order is confirmed, no changes can be made unless they were discussed and approved prior to production.
– Additional Costs: Customizations that require additional fabric or increase the complexity of the production process will incur extra charges. These costs will be communicated to you and must be approved before we proceed.
2. Handmade Fabric Variations– Authenticity of Fabrics: All our fabrics are genuine and sourced directly from their original makers. Due to the handmade nature of our products, variations in patterns and minor misprints may occur. These are natural and add to the authenticity of the fabric and the uniqueness of each piece.- Unique Designs: Every product at Ahaira is designed with uniqueness in mind, reflecting our belief in the individuality of our clients. Each piece is exclusive, with limited availability, and is served on a first-come, first-served basis.
3. Returns, Refunds, and Alterations– No Returns or Refunds: Due to the made-to-order nature of our products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds.
– Alterations and Modifications: We offer one free alteration or modification per order. Any additional alterations will incur a fee. The client is responsible for the cost of any additional modifications, including any associated shipping costs.
4. Shipping Terms– Standard Shipping: We offer standard shipping for all orders. Any additional shipping costs due to alterations or modifications will be borne by the client.- International Orders: For international orders, we do not offer pickup services for alterations. It is essential that all customizations are confirmed before placing the order to avoid complications.
